- Find opportunities to get your message to your loved ones. Do you pack them lunch? Do you have access to their car, office or gym bag?
- Plan a campaign in advance for surprising them throughout the day with unique messages and gifts. Pack a mini-box of chocolates in the kids' lunch. Put Valentines vinyl clings in the window of his/her car, have flowers delivered to her office, stick a cuddly teddy in his gym bag.
- Obtain the necessary items to carry out your campaign. Notecards, flowers, boxes of chocolates, stuffed animals etc.
- Organize your timing and how you plan to stash your messages and gifts in unsuspected places.
- Go over the timeline in your head making back up plans if necessary.
- Execute your plans ensuring that each message is filled with the purpose of the day; to tell them they are loved.
- Don't forget to decorate!
